In Abu Dhabi, American veterans entered the octagon at UFC on ABC 1

Abu Dhabi hosts a mixed martial arts tournament on January 16 UFC on ABC 1.

In the co-main battle of the tournament, two American veteran fighters met. As a result of a three-round fight Carlos Condit (32–13) defeated Matt Brown (22–18) on points (30–27, 30–27, 30–27).
