“Stefan Bonnar was one of the most iconic fighters to ever compete in the octagon,” wrote UFC President Dana White. “His fight with Forrest Griffin changed the sport forever and he will never be forgotten. The fans loved him, and he always reciprocated and tried to give the best. He will be missed”
In 2013, Stefan Bonnar was inducted into the Fighting Wing of the UFC Hall of Fame as a participant in the final bout of the first season of The Ultimate Fighter, in which he lost a unanimous decision to Forrest Griffin. In the UFC, American Psycho spent fifteen fights, scoring eight wins and suffering seven losses, and ended his career in 2014 after losing a split decision to Tito Ortiz under the Bellator banner.
