It seems that Rosier considers the best fighters in the division not the absolute world champion Devin Haney, but Davis and Lomachenko: “Without a doubt, Vasily remains one of the main boars in this weight. What would a Lomachenko-Davis fight look like? Tactical, super duper strategic. They are both one of the best fighters in the world. We would see all these attack angles, speed. It would be very interesting. I would like to see this fight. Who would I bet on? I have a rule that if all parameters are equal, then you need to bet on youth. For that reason alone, I would have to choose Gervonta.”
In the end, Rosier decided to play it safe a little: “I’m not saying that this particular factor will be decisive. And if I had to make the final choice, then my mind might tell me something else. But in any case, it would be just a fantastic fight.
