Guram Kutateladze dropped out of UFC on ESPN 46

For the second time this year, Georgian UFC lightweight Guram Kutateladze is withdrawing from the scheduled fight.

Sources close to the situation report that the new opponent of the Australian Jamie Mullarkey, with whom Kutateladze was supposed to share the octagon on June 3 at UFC on ESPN 46 in Las Vegas, is the debutant of the organization Muhammad Naimov, representing Tajikistan.

According to available information, a native of Georgia withdrew from the participants of the event due to visa problems. In January, Kutateladze withdrew from the fight against Brazilian Thiago Moises, having received an injury two weeks before the UFC 283 tournament.

28-year-old Muhammad Naimov will make his debut in the UFC on a series of three victories, two of which he won ahead of schedule. In September 2020, Featherweight Naimov attempted to secure a contract with the UFC at Dana White’s Contender Series but failed, losing via unanimous decision to Collin Anglin.
