Graakjaer Arena, Holstebro, Denmark. As part of the show, two boxers from Ukraine performed.
In the super middleweight limit (up to 76.2 kg) local prospect
Jacob Bank (8-0, 4 KOs) did not notice resistance
Taras Golovashchenko (6-9, 3 KOs). The Ukrainian capitulated after 3 rounds.
Bank RTD 3.
But in the cruiserweight limit (up to 90.7 kg), the Dane
Ditlev Rossing (15-1, 10 KOs) sensationally lost by technical knockout to a native of Ukraine playing for the Czech Republic
Victor Trush (8-2, 8 KOs), who in 2016 played in the WSB semi-professional league for Ukrainian chieftains.
Interestingly, at the time the fight was stopped, Rossing was leading all three judges on the cards.
Trush TKO 4.
ATC Hall, Osaka, Japan. Local popular ex-world champion Tomoki Kameda (40-3, 22 KOs) in the featherweight limit (up to 57.2 kg) passed the Mexican without any problems
Luis Heraldo Castillo (30-5, 20 KOs).
Gum TKO 5.
Calape Cultural Center, Calapé, Philippines. In the eliminator IBF two unbeaten local prospects of the first flyweight (up to 49 kg) met – Reggie Suganob (13-0, 4 KOs) and Mark Weislles (17-1-1, 10 KOs). Zero in the graph of defeats managed to save Suganobu.
The fighters offered a tactical skirmish. A hefty left-hander Weissles tried to catch the opponent on the approach with a left hook, and Suganob beautifully shuttled, jabbed and exploded with good combinations.
In the 4th round, the fighters exchanged low blows, after which Suganob dropped his opponent with a two. Weissles got up, tried to raise the density of the battle – he cut the air with his hands. In the 6th three-minute period, the fighters collided heads – Weislles was unlucky – a cut near the right eye.
In the 8th round, the doctor suggested that the referee stop the fight – the blood flooded Weissles’ eyes. At the time of the stoppage, Suganob was in the lead – 78-73, 77-74 and 80-71.
Suganob TD 8.
