“It’s great for him and his family,” White said TMZ . “Cain Velasquez is a good man, he’s a good person, and I’m hoping the judge that looked at this case said, ‘You know what? The family has been through enough .’
.
” As if they didn’t have enough to grieve, their father died almost one year ago. We hope that justice is done in this case and Cain Velasquez, who was a great man, father, husband, and a wonderful person, gets home with his family .”
During the alleged incident, Velasquez is accused of wounding Goularte’s stepfather Paul Bender, who suffered non-life threatening injuries. Velasquez will return to court on November for an appearance.
