You misunderstood, Tyson Fury really ended his career – ex-coach

The arrogant young coach Ben Davison, who made a name for himself by returning the current WBC heavyweight champion Briton Tyson Fury (32-0-1, 23 KOs) to the ring, explained to the fans the situation regarding the ex-ward’s statement that he would continue his professional career no longer intend to.

In April, Fury knocked out his mandatory compatriot Dillian Whyte, after which he announced his retirement. The big man did not refuse the belt. He is waiting for the end of the fight for all the other belts of the division – on August 20, Ukrainian Oleksandr Usyk (19-0, 13 KOs) and Briton Anthony Joshua (24-2, 22 KOs) will play them in a rematch. The first fight between them took place in September in London (England) – Usyk won by decision of the judges.

Fans and experts believe that Fury will triumphantly return to the ring for the fight for the title of absolute world champion, and his statement is considered a game on camera.
Davison claims, that everything is completely different: “Fans complicate this situation. They are trying to see what is not there. They think Tyson is cunning. They don’t want to believe that he just told everything as it is.”

“He’s really not interested in any fights. But I believe that if Joshua still defeats Usyk in a rematch, then Tyson will go against him. Have you seen him exercising? Well, so what? Yes, he will continue to train. He loves this business. And he will want to entertain with exhibition fights. I tell you, he just honestly admitted that he no longer had the former mood to continue boxing. The current competitors do not motivate him. But I believe that if Joshua wins, he will gladly fight him, ”said Davison.

But the current coach Fury said about the ward: “He is a heavyweight fanatic. Of course, Usyk-Joshua 2 will watch. The promoter of the Ukrainian believes that Tyson “will not be able to refuse the fight with the winner of the rematch.” And promoter Joshua is confident that his client will fight Fury, no matter how the rematch with Usyk turns out.
