Who would be the favorite in a Joshua-Joyce fight? Lou Dibella’s opinion

Who do you think would be the favorite in the confrontation between the British heavyweights – ex-unified world champion Anthony Joshua (24-3, 22 KOs) or WBO interim belt holder Joe Joyce (15-0, 14 KOs)?

Promoter Lou DiBella (DiBella Entertainment)
shared opinion: “I would definitely bet on Joyce. I think Joe would have knocked out Joshua. And note that I have nothing to do with Big Joe. I just like him. Such an old-school heavyweight, physically powerful and ruthless. I just love watching his fights. I think it would be a cool fight. After all, Joshua knows how to make cool fights even when he loses. Anthony is a spectacular fighter and a hell of a heavyweight.”

Things haven’t been going well for Joshua lately. He lost twice in a row to the Ukrainian Oleksandr Usik – first he lost three championship belts, then he failed to return them in revenge.

Anthony will return to the ring next spring. In the meantime, he is busy looking for a new mentor. Price offers an interesting solution to this problem, and the previous coach admits that he will continue to work with Joshua. But in Britain, Anthony was severely criticized by the local top coach.
