OI-2020 silver medalist and top lightweight prospect American Kishon Davis (6-0, 5 KOs) is confident that there is a clear favorite in the potential confrontation between undefeated compatriot welterweight champions – Terence Crawford (38-0, 29 KOs) should confidently pass Errol Spence (28-0, 22 KOs).
Davis is still perhaps a little biased – he has recently been training with Crawford’s trainer Brian McIntyre, they had one fight together. But
reasoning The avenue is interesting, so check it out: “Take Errol. Agree, before the fight we know what he will bet on – attempts to attack the body more often, bet on the jab. He’s good, but predictable. But Terence is different. Damn, we don’t even know what stance he will start the fight in – right-handed or left-handed. He can box and fight.”
Davis even honestly tried to find Terence’s vulnerabilities: “The only thing we know for sure is that he starts a little slow. And then he constantly builds up pressure little by little and dismantles the opponent for parts. In my opinion, this is its advantage. To be honest, if Crawford gives Spence a break, it will surprise me a lot. I don’t expect early in this fight. Although, as a teammate, I wish him to win by knockout. Rumor has it that Spence and Crawford will fight on November 19 in Las Vegas (USA), but this is not very believable – there is too little time left for the full promotion of potentially one of the biggest fights in boxing history.
