Weigh-in results for UFC 297: Strickland and Du Plessis made weight

Toronto hosted the official weigh-in ceremony for UFC 297, the main event for the middleweight title fight between the division’s reigning champion, Sean Strickland, and challenger for his belt, Dricus Du Plessis.

The event’s headliners had no trouble hitting the championship limit of their weight class, as the American managed 83.8 kg (184.75 lbs), while the South African showed 83.46 kg (184 lbs).

Movsar Yevloyev, the only Russian competitor in the event, who opens the main card of the tournament, did well, recording 66.1 kg (145.75 lbs). His opponent, Briton Arnold Allen, also made weight, demonstrating 66 kg (145.5 lbs).
