Weigh-in results for UFC 296: Edwards and Covington made weight

Las Vegas hosted the official weigh-in ceremony for UFC 296, the main event of which will be a welterweight title fight between Britain’s Leon Edwards and American Colby Covington.

The event headliners had no trouble hitting the championship limit of their weight class, with Edwards recording a 77.11 kg (170 lbs.) and Covington posting a 76.88 kg (169.5 lbs.).

Participants in the flyweight title fight, Allesandre Pantoja and Brandon Royval, also made weight successfully, making weight at 56.7 kg (125 lbs.) and 56.47 kg (124.5 lbs.), respectively.
