vRINGe Ranking Updated: Wilder Leaves Top 10, Adames Breakout

In the “Ratings” section of our website, weekly changes are made to the top 10 according to vRINGe.com.

Changes have taken place in the following divisions:

  • – super heavy;
  • – average;
  • – second featherweight;
  • – the second easiest.

Heavyweight (over 90.7 kg)

Deontay Wilder (USA), which occupied the 5th position, left the top 10 due to low activity

Andy Ruiz Jr. (USA) moved up from 6th position to 5th

Joseph Parker (New Zealand) moved up from 7th position to 6th

Dillian Whyte (Great Britain) moved up from 8th position to 7th

Martin Bakole Ilunga (DRC) moved up from 9th position to 8th

Frank Sanchez (Cuba) moved up from 10th to 9th

Daniel Dubois (Great Britain) entered the top 10 and took the 10th position

Average weight (up to 72.6 kg)

Carlos Adames (Dominican Republic) after defeating Juan Macias Montiel (Mexico) moved up from 4th position to 2nd

Jaime Munguia (Mexico) dropped from 2nd to 3rd

Demetrius Endred (USA) moved down from rank 3 to rank 4

Second featherweight (up to 59 kg)

Joe Cordina (Great Britain) dropped from 2nd to 4th position after losing the title

Shakur Stevenson (USA) moved up from 3rd position to 2nd

Oscar Valdes (Mexico) moved up from rank 4 to rank 3

Second flyweight (up to 52.2 kg)

DGervin Ancajas (Philippines), who occupied the 7th position, after the defeat Fernando Martinez (Argentina) dropped out of the top 10

Julio Cesar Martinez (Mexico) moved up from 8th position to 7th

Andrew Moloney (Australia) moved up from 9th position to 8th

David Cuellar (Mexico) moved up from 10th to 9th

Francisco Rodriguez (Mexico) entered the top 10 and ranked 10th

Our pound-for-pound rating

Rating criteria:
1) the first places are occupied by the reigning champions;
2) a fighter takes a place in the division in which he had his last fight (even if he is a champion in another category), but performances (level of opposition, quality of victories) in the previous weight are taken into account;
3) priority in evaluation – results for the last 3 years;
4) a fighter leaves the top 10 due to low activity (more than 12 months without fights);
5) The rating is updated weekly depending on the current results.
