“Obviously Sean’s going to be talking, trying to get under his skin, so it’s going to be fun,” the Australian said in a video posted on his YouTube channel. “I think Izzy is going to push him and make him pay for all the talking. Sean will answer for all the words he said – he’s definitely going to get hurt, I have no doubt about that. Izzy will do a lot of damage to him.”
As a reminder, the middleweight bout between Israel Adesanya and Sean Strickland will be the main event of UFC 293, which takes place on September 9 in Sydney.
The Nigerian fights the American is forced, as the division’s number one contender, South African Dricus Du Plessis, has refused to return to the octagon two months after knocking out Robert Whittaker in a challenger’s bout.
