Ukrainian IBF, WBO and WBA heavyweight champion (over 90.7 kg) Oleksandr Usyk (20-0, 13 KOs) began to gradually prepare for a potential superfight – and potentially at the end of winter or already the beginning of spring.
In these terms, we recall, the boxer from Simferopol (Ukraine) is tentatively scheduled to fight for the absolute status in heavyweight against WBC world champion Tyson Fury (30-0-1, 23 KOs). True, for starters, the Briton should be on December 3 against (for the third time) veteran Derek Chisora - and not get seriously injured.
A member of the Ukrainian team, Yaroslav Lord, posted a short video on Instagram stories, where Usyk is on a rowing machine:

Last week, the IBF ordered a mandatory defense of Usyk against Croat Filip Hrgovic (15-0, 12 KOs). Now all parties are trying to peddle it. And so too. There is even an opinion that the Ukrainian can “throw out” the IBF belt.
