UFC president Dana White explained why he didn’t include former lightweight champion Khabib Nurmagomedov in the top three fighters in history.
White included Anderson Silva, Georges St-Pierre and John Jones on his list.
“I chose Silva, St-Pierre and Jones, and I also think that Kamaru Usman is close to this list. Anderson Silva did more and played longer. Khabib’s dominance is incredible, but these are different times and different skills, ”White quotes the Mirror.
Khabib Nurmagomedov has 29 victories in 29 MMA fights in his professional career. The 33-year-old Russian fought in the UFC from 2012 to 2020, he won 13 fights in the American promotion.
