“I always have a drink before a fight – the only time I didn’t was the recent fight with Henry Sejudo,” the American said in response to fan questions on his YouTube channel. “At dinner after a weigh-in, I usually have something on the rocks or a beer. I like to consume something that allows me to relax and get a good night’s sleep before the fight.”
As a reminder, Aljamain Sterling will return to the octagon as soon as this weekend at UFC 292 in Boston, in the main event of which he will make a title defense against his compatriot Sean O’Malley, ranked number two in the division’s rankings.
