UFC champion Jon Jones challenges Tyson Fury

The current UFC heavyweight title holder, Jon Jones, decided to intervene in the conflict between the reigning WBC heavyweight boxing champion, Tyson Fury, and Joe Rogan, which was provoked by a commentator’s statement about a hypothetical fight between an American fighter and a British boxer.

On the eve of the “Gypsy King” in an insulting form, he answered Rogan, who did not highly appreciate his chances in this confrontation, and Jones made it clear that he was ready to prove the truth of his compatriot in a cage.

“Hey Tyson looks like Joe hit your nerves,” the UFC champion wrote on the social network. “I admit that you are untouchable in the ring, but let’s not embarrass you with what happens if you step into my cage. If you ever want an answer to this question, call Dana White. I will help you with this. It all ends in the first round.”

In March of this year, Jon Jones resumed his career after a three-year hiatus and won the vacant UFC heavyweight championship belt by defeating Cyril Gan in two minutes. In November, the American plans to defend his title against his compatriot Stipe Miocic and finally end his professional career.

As for Tyson Fury, he expected to have a unification fight with Oleksandr Usyk this year, however, negotiations with the Ukrainian came to a standstill and were terminated, although some signs indicate that this fight could still take place.
