British WBC heavyweight champion Tyson Fury (32-0-1, 23 KOs) did not remain silent after his compatriot and former champion Anthony Joshua (24-3, 22 KOs) agreed to the offer to fight.
According to Fury, he made Joshua more than worthy, in his opinion, proposition.
“I am bombarded with messages about how much I am going to pay Joshua. Everyone talks about 80/20, 70/30, 75/25. The correct answer is: I offered him 60/40,” Fury said. 40% of this incredible fight because I want it to happen. Now he has no reason not to accept it. He can’t say that I’m putting him down by offering 20 or 30 percent. I offered 40%. Accept or fail. Just let us know.”
Earlier, Oleksandr Usyk expressed a desire to help Joshua prepare for his next fight.
