Tyson Fury denied entry to US – local media

WBC heavyweight champion Briton Tyson Fury (32-0-1, 23 KOs) denied entry to the US, reports sunday world.

According to the source, the fighter is suspected of having links with the mafia boss Daniel Kinahan, who in April in the United States included in the sanctions lists and even promised US$5 million for information that would help arrest the perpetrator.

Fury’s co-promoter Bob Arum immediately disowned ties to Kinahan (Top Rank) and WBC boss Mauricio Suleiman. The fighter was also asked about connections with mobster Kinahan, but he denies any connection.

Arum later admitted that he had financial ties to Kinahan related to Fury’s fights – “paid millions for consulting services ahead of Tyson’s fights with Otto Wallin, Tom Schwartz and twice Deontay Wilder.”

The main promoter of the British Frank Warren (queensberry promotions) claims to know nothing about it. Fury himself says the same thing.

According to the resource, more than 600 people were sanctioned due to links with Kinahan, among them a huge number associated with boxing, including fighters.

The source claims that Fury was the second boxer from Britain to learn about the denial of entry to America. In April, the ex-applicant and current commentator did not get to the USA Sky Sports Matthew McLean. He formed a company with Kinahan MTK Global in 2012, but officially left five years later.

What else has been happening in the world of boxing lately? Unidentified people fired on the hut of the Australian heavyweight prospect, and thieves ransacked Inoue’s house when he was boxing with Donaire. A little earlier, Amir Khan and his wife were robbed at gunpoint – a video of the robbery appeared.
