“Touch of Death” Wilder is the most impressive puncher in history, says Joe Rogan

Popular presenter, actor, comedian and UFC commentator Joe Rogan admires former world heavyweight champion from the USA Deontay Wilder (43-2-1, 42 KOs) and specifically how he dealt with Finnish colleague Robert Helenius (31-4, 19 KOs) in the last match on October 15.

Recall that Wilder knocked out an opponent already in the course of the first round, kissing towards the right in the head.

Joe shared his impressions of what he saw on Instagram.

“It’s just absolutely fucking incredible power that Wilder can generate. He really doesn’t look like anyone I’ve ever seen in heavyweight history. You can’t go wrong with this man,” Rogan stated. There have been many incredible knockouts in the history of boxing, but none as impressive (as Wilder) in my opinion. If you look at this punch, he didn’t even fully invest in it, and the opponent instantly turned off. This is what the great (MMA coach) Firas Zahabi calls the “touch of death.”

Meanwhile, seasoned Cuban Luis Ortiz predicted that Wilder would kill Ruiz. And Deontay himself said that boxing is not a sport.
