The WBA again began to “punch the bottom” – three heinous decisions this month

Venezuelan WBA President Gilberto Mendoza and his organization have moved on from last year’s fright and have been marked by a series of highly controversial decisions.

Earlier we talked about how the WBA presented to the unrecognized President of Venezuela Nicolas Maduro belt of the honorary president of the world.

There was an even more vile and defiant trick – the racist judge who was responsible for last year’s scandal Gloria Martinez returned to serving title fights. Her help was not needed – on June 11 in Miami (USA), British heavyweight Daniel Dubois effectively dealt with American Trevor Bryan and took away the WBA World title.

No less provocative was the decision of the WBA to hold the festival WBA-KO Drugs in Argentina, which will box the infamous American heavyweight Jarrell Miller, who almost ruined his career with a long suspension for constant doping violations.

Mendoza is still spending time in Argentina, happy to talk about the problems of boxing.

He responded well to all of this.
Mark Ortega from PBC on FOX: “Mendoza hasn’t posted anything on social media for almost a week. He did not comment on the fact that the racist Gloria Martinez again serves title fights. He did not comment on why in the show KO Drugs a fighter with a dubious reputation, Miller, who has been caught more than once on the use of doping and illegal drugs, takes part. It’s just a shame.”

It all started last month. The President of the WBC lashed out at the WBA: “The days of respect have sunk into oblivion!” In March, there was another infamous WBA eliminator. But it just so happened that the fighters failed to determine the winner – an Olympic medalist from Ukraine participated in it.
