37-year-old Lebanese from Germany, former WBA World minor heavyweight champion Manuel Charr (33-4, 19 KOs) still hopes that British WBC title holder Tyson Fury (32-0-1, 23 KO) will opt for him as an opponent for the fight on December 3 in Cardiff (Wales), despite the fact that the latest rumors make Derek Chisora the favorite for the Candidates race.
Manuel turned to Fury and, apparently to give himself more confidence, took a whole lion on a leash.
“The lion is hungry, I’m going to England and I want you, you long giraffe … Finally sign the contract and show the world that you are a gypsy king and ready to fight the Arabian king,” Charr wrote under a video of a romantic walk with a trained beast.
It’s not the first time Charr has challenged Tyson to a fight. “Fury, you’re a coward!” he said recently.
And Tony Bellew, meanwhile, can’t understand why on earth Fury is even allowed to fight Charr.
