Some shameful grandfatherly humor – Hearn responded to Fury and his promoter

Boss Matchroom Boxing Eddie Hearn parried attacks from WBC heavyweight champion Tyson Fury (32-0-1, 23 KOs) and his promoter Frank Warren (queensberry promotions). Both previously mocked Hearn’s August loss to British heavyweight Anthony Joshua (24-3, 22 KOs) in a rematch with Ukrainian Oleksandr Usyk (20-0, 13 KOs).

Warren rode directly on Hearn – ridiculed his pre-match confidence that Joshua would be able to knock out the Ukrainian. According to the boss QuensberryHearn’s predictions are “as useful as a jockey’s hemorrhoids”.

Answer Hearna: “Vile humor. As far as I noticed, Frank has been joking around in this style more and more lately. Is he shocked by my words? That is, for him a shock that the promoter supports his fighter? Or did he never have such a thing that he bet on his boxer, and he lost? It is clear that I have always supported and will continue to support my fighters. Warren? I hope he improves his level of humor someday. So far, this is the bottom. This is not even grandfather’s humor, but great-grandfather’s. I admit, I also sometimes use grandfather jokes, and they sound out of place. But this joke… It’s gross… It’s just the bottom… “

Fury got less: “He says the fight was terrible. Tries to make fun of both. He has the right to do so – he can say whatever he wants. But there is still a difference. And it is that sometimes you express your opinion, and sometimes you frankly lie. Fury loves to talk about how he was on the edge, how he fought depression. And I cannot understand why a person who has gone through such moments cannot show at least a little empathy towards another? Is it just because they are rivals? Why do they dislike each other? I don’t know… Maybe there’s something wrong with me…”

Yesterday in Top Rank admitted they didn’t know what game Fury was playing. And coach Deontay Wilder is sure that Usyk will beat Tyson. He believes that this is clear from the fight between Fury and Wallin.
