When I cut 79.4 kg in the last two years of my career, I had four hours of sleep at night. Only four hours. And another hour of sleep after a morning workout.
“Now I am happy. I have both energy and motivation,” says Kovalev. “For me, my family is my biggest motivation. I don’t want to end my boxing career after a loss. I want to set an example for my son – never give up. I have to end my career with a title.”
