Russian MMA fighter Sergey Kharitonov will fight with Surinamese Tyrone Spong at the EFC 44 tournament, ESPN reports. Kharitonov will replace the Brazilian Antonio Silva. The tournament will take place on January 28 in Miami (Florida, USA).
The owner of the EFC, former UFC lightweight champion Khabib Nurmagomedov, is expected to announce the news at a press conference in Miami on December 15.
