“Aljo was in a cage and holding his Muay Thai paws and that’s the worst thing you can do with an injury like this,” Welch said in a video posted to O’Malley’s YouTube channel. “When someone kicks, it just pinches your bicep tendon. I know what I’m talking about because I had the same injury.”
“I think he’s just using that excuse to take a break,” O’Malley replied. “‘I’m injured, I’m injured’ and no one expects him to fight anymore”
On the eve of Aljamain Sterling said that in the near future he will go to Colombia, where he will undergo treatment with stem cell injections in one of the clinics.
“Next weekend I am going to Medellin, Colombia for my stem cell treatment! I am optimistic and believe that this will get me back into the octagon as soon as possible,” Sterling wrote on the social network.
