In 2022, British heavyweight Joe Joyce (15-0, 14 KOs) became the interim WBO world champion, not noticing the resistance of the ex-owner of a full-fledged title in this version, New Zealander Joseph Parker (30-3, 21 KOs).
Since then, there has been more and more talk and controversy about his potential fight with former WBC champion American puncher Deontay Wilder (43-2-1, 42 KOs).

Scott is sure that fighters who do not have striking power should not go against Joyce: “If you are not able to shock Joe, then God help you.
