After defeating the Cuban by unanimous decision after five rounds, 31-year-old Vadim Nemkov confirmed that he could move up to heavyweight and challenge reigning division champion Ryan Bader, from whom he took the Bellator light heavyweight title three years ago.
On the third line of the P4P Bellator list is the Ukrainian Yaroslav Amosov, who owns the welterweight title, and the American Sergio Pettis, who successfully defended the championship belt in the bantamweight category in the confrontation with Pitbull, rose four positions at once and took fourth place in the ranking.
Rounding out the top five of the league’s best fighters is reigning Bellator middleweight champion Johnny Eblin, while Russian Usman Nurmagomedov, who holds the Bellator lightweight title, lost one position and moved to seventh line.
