It seems that the popular YouTuber boxer Jake Paul (5-0, 4 KOs) has already decided on a replacement for the British light heavyweight Tommy Fury (7-0, 4 KOs).
Recall that their fight was scheduled for August 6 in New York (USA), however, Tommy allegedly had problems obtaining an American visa due to suspicions of having links with criminal authority Daniel Kinahan, who wanted in the US. It is noteworthy that it did not work out for them to fight in December last year, after Fury refused to enter the ring, citing an injury.
Accusing the failed opponent of cowardice, Paul began to look for a replacement. Bookmakers even took to accepting bets on who the choice of the star content maker would eventually fall on: Mayweather and McGregor were on the list.
But they did not guess:
information Sports Illustrated, Jake negotiates a fight with American heavyweight Hasim Rahman Jr. (12-1, 6 KOs) – the son of former world heavyweight champion Hasim Rahman.
Note that Rahman Jr. suffered the only defeat in the last fight in April of this year from James Mackenzie Morrison, the son of another ex-champion Tommy Morrison. Hasim was stopped in the fifth round.
Recently it became known that Mike Tyson and Jake Paul are going to fight before the end of the year.
