Rahman responded to Paul on his video, YouTuber was challenged by the son of another legend

We talked about how boxing YouTuber Jake Paul (5-0, 4 KOs) ended up in the hospital with a fractured spine, but decided that the fight with Rahman would still take place – video.

In that funny video, the American accuses his former and current opponents of doing absolutely nothing to promote the event.

August 6 at the iconic arena Madison Square Garden (New York, USA) he will fight heavyweight compatriot Hasim Rahman Jr. (12-1, 6 KOs), son of ex-world champion Hasim Rahman.

Opponent decides to answer to the showman’s accusations: “Haven’t you just tried to increase the fee to your opponents? Maybe in the event that I was guaranteed more than 0% for the sold broadcasts, I would help in promotion. And so, blame only yourself, asshole.

Rahman, of course, is bluffing, because it is obvious that in any case he will receive his biggest fee in his career for the upcoming fight and it is far from certain that he will ever receive more.

Interestingly, Paul suddenly became interested in British boxing. He shared his opinion on the controversial fight in the contractual weight limit between local ex-challenger Chris Yuenk Jr. (32-2, 23 KOs) and welterweight prospect Conor Benn (21-0, 14 KOs).

Both of these fighters monetize their star names very well – they are the sons of local boxing legends Chris Eubank Sr. and Nigel Benn. Now they are trying to agree on a weight limit (including on the night of the fight).

Paul’s opinionWait a minute, you’re accusing Benn of cheating simply because he’s trying to make sure Eubank doesn’t have a massive outnumber on fight night? Obviously, he just wants fair conditions. But Rahman on the night of the fight with me can enter the ring with any weight. So stop making excuses.”

Eubank replied to Paul: “Yo, dude. How about after we’ve dealt with Benn and Rahman, respectively, we can face each other? The offer is this: I go out in middleweight, and you – in whatever you want. The winner gets to fight Canelo Alvarez (smiling mic)! And don’t worry. I’m not Tommy Fury for you – if I said it, then it will be so.

Eubank is a bit of a bluff, as in 2016 he “told” (then) Kazakh middleweight leader Gennady Golovkin that he would take the fight, but turned on the rear in the run-up to the fight, forcing him to beat welterweight Kell Brook. It is this event that observers recall when they talk about the possible consequences of the battle for Benn – Brook then received a broken cheekbone.

For now
Benn is serious: “Chris, you will not have any more fights after you are in the same ring with me. I’ll be your last fight.”

Eubank did not appreciate the audacity of a (potential) opponent:

Previously, Eubank called “baby” Golovkin to the tango. How did the Kazakhstani respond? Here is his reaction video.
