Rafael Fiziev: “I had a stupid fight”

Rafael Fiziev:

The sixth number of the UFC lightweight division, Rafael Fiziev, is not happy with the way he fought against Justin Gaethje, who defeated him by a majority of the judges at UFC 286 in London.

“I had a stupid fight,” Ataman said in the next issue of the MMA Hour program. “I don’t like him because I made a lot of stupid decisions. I played his game – went out and fought like crazy. The plan for the fight was to use my fighting IQ, but he did it, not me, and he did it perfectly. He was just playing his game. He was playing and I got into a fight, doing some crazy stuff.”

Despite the fact that one of the judges who served the fight declared a draw, the Azerbaijani fighter knew that he was defeated even before the announcement of the result.

“I am a professional fighter and I know when I win and when I lose. In the last round, I missed too many punches. Too many jabs”

Fiziev also announced when he plans to return to the octagon.

“It would be nice to be back in five or six months”
