Petr Yan announced the upcoming changes in the training camp

Former UFC bantamweight champion Petr Yan is ready for a change in training that will help him get back on track and resurrect his career.

“Yes, of course, we need to change certain things and we will do it,” Yang said, talking to reporters over the weekend. “What exactly is still a secret. Of course, when you are in a remote place from home, you abstract, and your preparation in the aggregate goes better. Therefore, a change of place, a change of territory, it all comes into play, at certain moments. So you need to change the place of preparation”

Also, the 30-year-old Russian fighter made it clear that next time he would try not to bring the case to a judicial decision.

“Politics is being introduced into sports. What is left for us to do? To work, to work more, so as not to bring the situation to the point where certain people make decisions for us. ”

In March, Petr Yan suffered a third defeat in a row, losing a unanimous decision to Merab Dvalishvili, and plans to return to the octagon at the end of this year.

Note that the Russian spent most of his training camps on the basis of the Tiger Muay Thai club in Thailand.
