The conqueror of four weight divisions, the American brawler Adrian Browner (34-4-1, 24 KOs), has taught fans that he returns to boxing only when he has financial problems.

And although by and large no one expects his return, he will perform on August 20 at the arena Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Hollywood (Florida, USA) against ex-champion compatriot Omar Figueroa (28-2-1, 15 KOs).

The most annoying thing is that this 12-round welterweight fight (up to 66.7 kg) is the main event of the show, and the other two fights of the evening will take place as a warm-up, despite the fact that they will be titles:

– WBA super featherweight champion (up to 59 kg) Roger Gutierrez (26-3-1, 20 KOs) from Venezuela will fight his mandatory contender Hector Luis Garcia (15-0, 10 KOs) from the Dominican Republic;

– and the vacant WBA light welterweight belt (up to 63.5 kg) will be played by Alberto Puello (20-0, 10 KOs) from the Dominican Republic and Russian Batyr Akhmedov (9-1, 8 KOs). The second, however, will not perform under the Russian flag. However, during his career, Batyr played for Russia, and for Ukraine, and even for Turkey.

The legendary Manny Pacquiao, after the failure of the presidential race in the Philippines, will want to slightly improve his financial situation through boxing. The local media were talking about it back in the spring, and the other day a South Korean martial artist DK Yoo announced that in September he would hold an exhibition fight with Pacquiao.

At first it seemed that he simply decided to hype a little on the eminent Filipino, but Pacquiao soon replied to Dee Kay via social networks: “Meet me in December. God bless you”.

The media are confident that the exhibition fight will take place in South Korea.

It is said that Pacquiao once adored casinos, cockfights and prostitutes. But when his wife filed for divorce, everything changed.
