Oleksandr Usyk ready to become President of Ukraine

The current WBA, IBF, WBO and IBO heavyweight boxing champion Oleksandr Usyk answered a question about what he is going to do after he defends his titles against British Daniel Dubois.

“Then I will beat Tyson Fury and return to the first heavy weight, where I will again become the absolute champion – after that I will run for the presidency of Ukraine,” Usyk said.

The boxer also answered the question of whether the current president of Ukraine, Vladimir Zelensky, should worry about this.

“Zelensky shouldn’t worry because he has the power,” the Ukrainian said.

The fight between Alexander Usyk and Daniel Dubois will take place on August 26 in Wroclaw, Poland, and Tyson Fury, who owns the WBC heavyweight championship belt, will share the ring with former UFC champion Francis Ngannou on October 28 in Riyadh.
