Merab Dvalishvili responded to Henry Cejudo’s challenge

The number one UFC bantamweight division, Merab Dvalishvili, is ready to share the octagon with Henry Cejudo, who challenged him after an unsuccessful attempt to take away the championship belt from Aljamain Sterling.

“Let’s go! I’ll take care of the next leftovers after Aljamain … for now!

This past weekend, Henry Cejudo returned to the octagon after a three-year hiatus and took on a competitive fight against Aljamain Sterling, suffering a split decision loss at UFC 288 in Newark.

Merab Dvalishvili won his ninth consecutive victory in March, defeating former division champion Petr Yan via unanimous decision.

The day before, UFC President Dana White announced that Aljamain Sterling could make another title defense against Sean O’Malley on August 19 at UFC 292 in Boston.
