Star Irishman bypassing the UFC will arrange a charity fight

Former UFC two-weight champion Conor McGregor has announced a fight against former interim champion Dustin Poirier.

Athletes will fight on December 12 in Dublin. It will not be held under the auspices of the UFC. It is noted that this will be a charity match.

Recall that the first fight between McGregor and Poirier took place in 2014, when the Irishman knocked out the opponent. McGregor last fought in January 2020 when he knocked out Donald Cerrone in 40 seconds. In July this year, he announced his retirement.

It was previously reported that McGregor wants to fight Manny Pacquiao.
