Leon Edwards and Kamaru Usman responded to Conor McGregor

UFC 286 headliners Leon Edwards and Kamaru Usman reacted to Conor McGregor’s statement that he was going to attend their fight in person and challenge the winner after he beats Michael Chandler.

Participants of the welterweight title fight shared their thoughts on this issue at a press conference held in London.

“As king, I am ready to welcome all challengers,” said Edwards, who owns the current title. “Him, and anyone who comes next. Right now my focus is on Kamaru Usman and I believe he is the toughest opponent in the division. Who comes next doesn’t matter.”

“I have always said that I welcome the fight with him, so if it happens, then so be it,” Usman replied.

Recall that UFC 286 will take place on March 18 at the O2 Arena in London.
