On December 31, a boxing evening will be held in Tokyo (Japan), the main event of which will be a fight for the unification of the world titles in the second flyweight (up to 52.2 kg) between the WBO belt holder Japanese Kazuto Yoka (29-2, 15 KOs) and American Joshua Franco (18-1-2, 8 KOs), who owns the WBA Super belt.
Today the boxers passed the official weigh-in ceremony.
The Japanese team had to be a little nervous – on the first attempt, Kazuto could not fit into the category limit. However, after Ioka got rid of all his clothes and got back on the scales, the arrow pointed to a satisfactory mark in 52.2 kg.
Franco did not have to get naked – 52 kg on the first try.
