Kubrat Pulev predicted a rematch between Usyk and Joshua

WBA/WBO/IBF heavyweight champion Oleksandr Usyk (19-0, 13 KOs) will defeat Britain’s Anthony Joshua (24-2, 22 KOs) again when they rematch at the end of the summer. This is how the former rival of the Briton Kubrat Pulev reads, as he said in the comment Boxing Social.

Recall that in the fall of 2021, Usyk declassed and at the end of the fight he practically beat Joshua.

“I think Usyk will beat him a second time and possibly by knockout,” Pulev said.

Price skeptical about Garcia’s part for Joshua

Asked what he thinks Anthony should do in a rematch, the Bulgarian said: “It’s difficult. Difficult”.

“He has a coach, let him work hard. And why not? He has a chance. But it will not be easy,” Kubrat said.

He found it difficult to answer the question of how he would box against Usyk.

According to Eddie Hearn, Joshua’s promoter, Usyk insisted that the rematch with Joshua take place with the Saudis. And how will the revenge prize fund be divided?

Meanwhile, new coach Joshua is overwhelmed with motivation.
