Korean Zombie Answered Max Holloway’s Challenge

Former UFC featherweight title challenger Chen Sung Jong is ready to share the Octagon with former division champion Max Holloway, who challenged him over the weekend.

“Long time no see! Thanks for lighting the fire in me! Let’s do it brother!” wrote “Korean Zombie” on the social network, referring to the American.

On April 15 at UFC on ESPN 44 in Kansas City, Max Holloway got his career back on track with a five-round unanimous decision win over the undefeated Brit Arnold Allen under the UFC banner. Nine months earlier, the American made another unsuccessful attempt to take the title from Alexander Volkanovski, losing to the Australian by unanimous decision in the final match of the trilogy.

The Korean Zombie hasn’t entered the octagon since last April, when he lost to Volkanovski in the title fight by TKO in the fourth round.

Currently, Max Holloway and Chen Sung Jung are ranked second and seventh in the UFC featherweight division, respectively.
