“Let’s start with the fact that I have always been self-critical – even when I was in great shape, I always said that there is room to grow,” the Russian said in an interview with Gorilla Fighting. “As for the fighting form, I don’t spar, but I can fight – 20-30 minutes I fight every day. In running form, I’m a C-plus. A B-minus would be good, but I think a C-plus would be better.”
“I’m swinging more now – I started working out with iron, I started pushing iron a little bit. I didn’t do it before, because as soon as I touched the iron, it was hard for me to drive the weight, to gain muscle mass.”
