Former WBO heavyweight champion Joseph Parker (30-2, 21 KOs) and 2016 Olympic silver medalist Joe Joyce (14-0, 13 KOs) have finally agreed to fight in England on September 24. This will be announced tomorrow at a press conference.

Parker, 30, plays on Sky and is signed to Boxxer, while Joyce is signed to BT Sport and promoted by Frank Warren. Nevertheless, the parties were able to overcome the obstacles and made a good fight.
Parker and Joyce were supposed to fight back in April 2021, but then the contract could not be concluded. Warren then said that Parker allegedly violated the gentlemen’s agreements.

Joseph unanimously and convincingly outboxed Derek Chisora in a rematch in December, and Joe scored in the 4th round of Christian Hammer a month ago.
Parker is aiming for the winner of the Usyk-Joshua 2 fight.
