Joshua vs Franklin. David Haye shared his expectations

April 1st O2 Arena in London (England), local two-time world heavyweight champion Anthony Joshua (24-3, 22 KOs) will fight the first fight after two consecutive defeats to Ukrainian Oleksandr Usyk (20-0, 13 KOs) – he will fight with the inconvenient American Jermain Franklin (21-1, 14 KOs).

One of the few conquerors of cruiserweight and heavyweight in the history of boxing, Briton David Haye
thinksthat “Joshua should be able to pass Franklin with confidence. Yes, he gave a good fight to Dillian Whyte. He showed that he can do something – he has a good jab, he moves his head very well. But if AJ can’t take him down in 3-4 rounds, then he’s doing something wrong. Judge for yourself, he is much bigger and more powerful, much more athletic and stronger. He is an Olympic champion. That is, on paper, everything is in his favor. All Joshua has to do is just get in the ring and unleash his fists.”

Former WBC champion puncher Deontay Wilder knows for sure: “Joshua doesn’t want to fight me, it’s obvious.” Earlier, Haye said that the third consecutive defeat of Joshua will not be an end to his career.
