writes Columnist Michael Benson, the 33-year-old British heavyweight is riding various gyms and trying out different coaches before returning to the ring in 2023.

Yesterday, December 4, AJ trained at Virgil Hunter’s gym. He was one of the coaches that Joshua visited last year before he decided to work with Robert Garcia before the rematch with Oleksandr Usyk. The fight ended in a competitive defeat to the Ukrainian, after which Anthony again decided to change the coach.

The puncher’s comeback is scheduled for the first quarter of 2023.

In late November, Roy Jones spoke about why Joshua made the decision to leave Robert Garcia. And recently, WBC champion Fury proposed a fight to Joshua: he says, “hands in glue, then in glass – and we fight to the end.”
