Promoter Eddie HearnMatchroom Boxing) is still confident that his star client, ex-two-time unified heavyweight champion Briton Anthony Joshua (24-2, 22 KOs) will beat Ukrainian Oleksandr Usyk (19-0, 13 KOs) in rematch and regain the WBA Super, IBF and WBO, lost in September in London (England). The revenge will take place on August 20 in Jeddah (Saudi Arabia).

“Yes it is, –
Hearn says. “I really believe that Joshua will knock out Usyk in a rematch. I believe that the fight will be very difficult. After all, Usyk is a top 10 pound fighter. But I believe that Joshua will do it. Anthony is already in Saudi Arabia. He approaches the fight in incredible form. Not only physically, but also morally. He’s ready. There are only two weeks left before the fight. Yes, I believe in him. He’ll manage.”

Joshua shared a couple of photos via social media yesterday, captioning them: “Woke up and chose violence.” The British sparring player believes that “it’s stupid to bet against Joshua again,” and American four-division conqueror Mikey Garcia suggests that “Anthony has everything to beat Usyk.”
