Joshua does not want to fight Fury, there will be no fight – Arum

American promoter Bob Arum does not believe that the fight between WBC heavyweight champion Tyson Fury (32-0-1, 23 KOs) and ex-champion Anthony Joshua (24-3, 22 KOs) will take place before the end of the year, namely – 3 December in Cardiff (Wales).

Recall, earlier it became known that Joshua allegedly accepted all of Fury’s conditions for the fight, and Tyson’s side has already sent the final version of the contract to Anthony’s team.

However, Joshua is in no hurry to sign the documents, so Fury’s British promoter Frank Warren has already set a deadline.

“We exchanged documents with Matchroom,” said Arum, who represents Tyson in the States, the day before. “Actually, we don’t think[Joshua’s promoter]Hearn is interested in making this fight. We’re giving him every opportunity to make the fight happen, but if we can’t get it done on a tight schedule, then Fury will fight someone else. Yes, we already have a reliable fallback.”

“The whole point is that Hearn, like most, knows that, all other things being equal, Fury will knock out Joshua,” Bob explains Hearn’s reluctance. “Besides, Joshua is very suspicious and cautious right now. And yet it can still generate a lot of public interest. So why would you take such a risk? All in all, I don’t think he will. To me, he’s just leading the Warrens by the nose.”

However, Wilder’s trainer says this: Fury is very vulnerable, Joshua can beat him.
