Joshua and Fury will fight anyway – Hearn

Promoter Eddie HearnMatchroom Boxing) exudes optimism. He believes that the long-awaited heavyweight bout between British antagonists Tyson Fury (32-0-1, 23 KOs) and Anthony Joshua (24-2, 22 KOs) will take place anyway.

The thing is that the current WBC champion Fury announced his retirement, but in fact he is waiting for how the rematch for all the other division belts between Joshua and Ukrainian Oleksandr Usyk (19-0, 13 KOs) will end – in September in the first the battle was confidently won by the Ukrainian. The revenge will take place around the end of July or early August in Saudi Arabia.

It is assumed that if Joshua Fury wins, he will immediately give the go-ahead to fight him, since not only all the division titles will be at stake, but also a lot of money.
Hearn believesthat even in the event of a defeat, his fighter will not lose his market value: “Do you want honestly? I believe that Fury vs Joshua will take place in any case and regardless of the outcome of the rematch with Usyk. But still, I hope that Anthony wins and fights with Tyson in December for all the division belts.

Hearn previously said that Joshua would knock out Usyk in six rounds. Earlier it became known that the American coach will prepare the British for revenge. But the legendary local expert does not believe much in the chances of his compatriot and says: Joshua has only one chance in a rematch with Usyk.
