Jon Jones responded to Francis Ngannou’s offer

The current UFC heavyweight champion, Jon Jones, decided to have the last word in a skirmish with Francis Ngannou, who declared himself the most dangerous man on the planet and offered the American to move to the PFL.

According to Jones, the Cameroonian, who announced the signing of a contract with the PFL the day before, makes loud statements only because he now knows for sure that their fight will never take place.

“A man wins one Super Bowl, relegates, and then claims he’s better than Tom Brady. That’s what I’m hearing now,” Jones wrote on the social network. “Everyone noticed that he didn’t call himself the most dangerous person on the planet while he was a free agent? As soon as he secured himself with a contract with a new organization, he began to say such things. It’s like we haven’t seen him loosen up in the cage before.”

Before taking on the vacant UFC heavyweight title left by Francis Ngannou against Cyril Gan, Jon Jones signed a new, eight-fight, long-term deal with the world’s top league, which rules out his move to an outside league for the foreseeable future. At the same time, resigning also does not release Jones from a long-term contract.

As for Francis Ngannou, he settled in the PFL for a long time, where he received the position of head of the league’s African division, as well as a seat on the organization’s advisory board. At the same time, UFC president, Dana White, categorically ruled out the possibility that the Predator could ever return to his organization.
