The lightweight bout was officially announced by UFC chief, Dana White.
This past weekend, Jim Miller earned his second straight early victory, finishing Gabriel Benitez with a third-round neckbreaker. Eight months earlier, Miller had knocked out Jesse Butler in the first round, putting his career back on track after a decision loss to Alexander Hernandez. The 40-year-old American remains the only current fighter in the organization to compete in the UFC 100 and UFC 200 anniversary tournaments.
Bobby Green, on the other hand, will return to the octagon after losing by first-round knockout to Jalin Turner last December. Prior to that, the 37-year-old Green had won two straight early victories, finishing Tony Ferguson by arm-triangle choke and knocking out Grant Dawson.
