Jake Paul responded to Cowboy Cerrone’s challenge

Popular boxing blogger Jake Paul reacted to the statement of the veteran mixed martial artist Donald Cerrone, who announced his desire to share the ring with him.

“Jake Paul is a phenomenon – everyone is challenging him, it’s just kind of crazy,” said the 39-year-old “Cowboy” in an interview with Brendan Schaub. “It looks like it was with Conor. Everyone wants to fight him because it’s a big money fight. Would I like to fight him? Damn, of course! How can you turn down millions of fucking dollars?”

The 25-year-old YouTuber responded by making it clear that he was ready to consider this offer, although he prefers to fight someone of a younger age.

“Is he not under contract with the UFC? Then it’s interesting,” Paul replied in an interview with The Schmo. “Honestly, I’m a little tired of hitting these older dudes – I’m trying to find someone younger, but they’re all afraid. They’re just trying to defend their record.”

Donald Cerrone announced his retirement last July after failing to win his seventh straight fight, and Jake Paul chalked up his sixth professional win in October with a unanimous decision over former UFC middleweight champion Anderson Silva.

There were rumors that the next opponent of the blogger could be Nate Diaz, who left the UFC at the end of last year and became a free agent.
